Kym is a former partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers specialising in corporate advisory and corporate reconstruction to a wide variety of organisations in a number of different industries. Kym is a director or former director of the SA Government Asset Management Task Force, Workcover Corporation, Motor Accident Commission and Challenger Beston Limited and is Chairman of Built Environs Pty Ltd.

Geoffrey Hill

Geoff specialises in the field of corporate financial advice, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring. Over the past thirty years he has worked in major merchant banks both locally and overseas. During this period he was Managing Director of Morgan Grenfell Australia and also a director of the Morgan Grenfell Group plc. Geoff has participated in over 50 successful IPOs in Australian and international equities markets and facilitated raising in excess of $A1.0 billion in new issues and capital raisings. He has been the principal adviser or participant in over two hundred mergers and acquisitions.

David Fairfull

David has extensive experience in finance, investment and merchant banking.
A former director of Kleinwort Benson Limited, a prominent UK merchant bank and the managing director of Kleinwort Benson Limited’s Australian operations, he has been retained as an adviser to numerous companies in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Pitt Capital Partners Limited, David held the position of CEO of The Glebe Administration Board for some ten years. His directorships include SP Telemedia Ltd, Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, B Digital Ltd, New Hope Corporation Ltd, Stockland Trust Group, Souls Private Equity Ltd and Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Company Ltd.
