Kym is a former partner of Price Waterhouse and his own accounting firm specialising in Corporate Recovery and Corporate Advisory services.
Kym is a Director or former director of a number of public and private companies and statutory authorities including: SA Government Asset Management Task Force, Workcover Corporation, Motor Accident Commission, Livestock Markets Limited, Challenger Beston Limited, Built Environs Pty Limited and is a non executive Chair of the Australian Institute of Fitness Pty Limited. |

Alex Paior – LLB
Executive Director
Alex is a Senior Corporate Lawyer with extensive experience in international transactions, acting for major Australian companies in mergers and acquisitions in Europe (United Kingdom, France, Germany and Greece) and Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and China). He headed project teams in major transactions involving friendly and hostile takeovers of a number of Australia’s largest companies including Adelaide Steamship Co. Ltd., Southern Farmers Limited, and Normandy Resources Limited. While "seconded" to South Australia's Crown Law Department for approximately nine months to assist the South Australian Government’s Asset Management Task Force as its Senior Legal Advisor. |
